I’m an iOS user and the first screen within the app says “Check Passcode”. What do I do?

You have downloaded the US version of the application. Please ensure that you have set your App Store country/region to your home region. Go to Settings on your iOS device, go to iTunes & App Stores, tap on Apple ID and enter the associated password, finally choose Country/Region and select the locale that applies to your home region. Delete the previous app and download the app again from the respective App Store.
