My playlists won’t download or sync, what now?

This could be a result of the playlist(s) not downloaded correctly while you were online due to low bandwidth connectivity.

While you’re Online try:

  • Hit track context menu -> select Remove Track from device (the track cell turns dark grey).
  • Now hit “Play” on that just removed track. It should now play smoothly.

These actions should correct the issue, if not, please contact us HERE.
