I just selected a song to play but it won’t play. What’s wrong?

First thing to do is to make sure that you are online connected to a Wi-Fi service or on an active data plan.

If you are offline and are trying to play a song for the first time, it won’t play right now. For songs to be available to you offline, you need to have played the song at least once or have favorited/downloaded it first in online mode. Once you are back online, you can play the song and it will then be available for you to hear later on, even when you are offline.
